After submitting my order for a poncho, I decided I would prefer a different color. I contacted the seller, Ulla Cronin, asking if this would be possible. She responded immediately, and was able to make the change I requested. Shipping from England took a few days longer than expected, but I believe that was due to the Covid 19 Pandemic being experienced on both sides of the Atlantic. I am very pleased with my purchase from Finesse Knits. The yarns are supple, allowing the poncho to drape nicely and feel soft against the body. I definitely recommend any product created by Ms. Cronin. She uses quality materials and is a pleasure to deal with.

Love the item and it arrived very quickly! The only thing is I wish it was a dark as the ponco in the photo. The one I received was a softer gray and I was hoping it was the dark charcoal color pictured. Other than that I love it!
