See the listing description for info on customizing your goodies (or send me a convo) and if it is able to be customized, you simply leave me your personalization in the 'notes to seller' box at checkout and we use the font pictured for your message. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. In some cases these fees can cost as much as the item itself so know your import fees on jewelry before you order, it's important for you to find out before purchasing as once it ships you will be responsible for any extra fees upon delivery I simply charge the rate it costs me to ship to your country, extra fees are taxes from your country on imported goods.

Customs can delay packages. I do my very best to ship earlier than scheduled and give your package a little more time to arrive but I am not responsible for delays caused by customs. They can hold packages indefinitely and you will need to work with them if they are holding/delaying it.

If an item is marked as 'DELIVERED' by USPS or FEDEX we CANNOT offer REFUNDS OR RESHIPS (this is ETSY policy and our policy.} You will need to contact your carrier direct and file a police report - we cannot do anything once its marked DELIVERED. We offer 3 lengths at checkout on most of our pieces - 16", 18", & 20". If you have any questions or are ordering as a gift please contact us we ate glad to help and When in doubt the most commonly ordered size is 18" & is considered to fall just below the collar line on the average US woman.
