The fabric is very high quality felted or brushed wool. I am 5 feet tall, 130 pounds, with a 39 inch bust. The small fits perfectly with room for a sweater underneath. The seller responded almost immediately and was very helpful with sizing information. This is a classic item. The red is deep and rich. Excellent craftsmanship!
