Custom and personalized items are not refundable unless damaged upon arrival. Every one of my items leaves my studio in perfect condition, but may be damaged in transit. I will require a photograph to confirm the damage before exchange or repair.

Returned items are at the cost to the purchaser and refunds will be for the product only, not the original shipping cost.

To keep your items at their best, do not expose your jewellery to water, perfumes, hairspray or lotions. A wipe over with a jewellery cloth after wear will keep them shiny and brand new looking.
