How do I get my designs?

The email link will be sent to you when the payment goes through and you can also log into your Etsy account to download your files. Sometime this may take a 10 or more minutes but is usually quite fast.

Do the in the hoop design include instructions?

Our in the hoop instructions include PDF or JPEG instructions that are step by step with pictures. We don't include video instructions but you can message us any time for assistance.

Can I get a refund on my order?

These are digital files and therefore there are no refunds. If you have an issue and need help we are here for you, simply message us.

I bought the same design twice by mistake. Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on digital files. If you have purchased the same design twice, send us the invoice numbers, and we will be happy to send you a substitute design for the same price.

Can I sell the designs I make?

You can sell the finished designs as long as you do not sell the digital files as they belong to NewfoundApplique.
