Undoubtedly DeVilbiss from the hardware, I have no reference for this unique bottle.
DeVilbiss Model F-2 was introduced in 1922 in a deep purple flask with different hardware. The collar was different, the atomizer was different and the glass finish was different. Several Changes occurred with model F-2 until 1925 when this version came into being. The problem is this bottle is not Emerald (green) Topaz (Yellow) or Burgandy (Violet) which were the three color options. This bottle is an iridescent smokey blue/gray. Overall it is quite stunning.

The bottle is 7 inches tall and is functional. A matching blue-gray ball and cord complete the look. There is minor wear to the gold on the atomizer. The glass siphon tube and its adapter are not original and appear to be replacement/repair parts
