Love it! It is perfect for writing additional notes above and below the daily fluid intake. And so easy to use for drinking water, tea and coffee. I use it to track my daily medicines and vitamins. I write above and below the daily fluid measurements for a.m. and p.m. vitamins and medications, so I remember what i had. And then I don't have to think about it all day. I even got a dollar off for being a loyal customer after two purchases. What i enjoy about it is that it has 26 weekly sheets, which is over five months of usage. One sheet is a full week. I also like that it begins on Monday because that is the beginning of the business week, so my weekend does not feel split up. It reminds me I have a full weekend coming, which seriously helps with how I feel for the week. It is great. I highly recommend to purchase item!
