My pillow covers are made according to industry standards. The finished size will measure approximately 1/2 - 1 inch smaller than the stated size to give a snug, professional fit.

It rarely takes two weeks for an item to be completed and shipped, but occasionally I receive a great number of orders at one time, and production times may run very close to the two week timeline. Rush Production and Rush Shipping options are available. Just contact me!

Ready to ship items will ship in 1-2 BUSINESS days.

All orders are shipped through the USPS, and include insurance coverage and a tracking number which you'll receive once your order ships.

For United States destinations, orders are shipped by Ground Advantage 3-5 Day Mail, and Priority 2-3 Day Mail. The shipping method used is dependent on how many pillow covers, and the weight of the order. Most orders ship by Ground Advantage.

USPS Priority Mail may be purchased from the drop down menu at checkout, for faster transit time.

USPS Express Mail Upgrades are available for U.S. destinations. Just ask for a quote!

For International destinations, orders are shipped by First Class International Mail, and may take 5-20 days for arrival. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

My business hours are Monday - Friday. I don't typically work/answer emails on the weekends, but you can trust that you'll receive excellent customer service once I'm back in my studio on Monday! Thank you for understanding that I need to devote some time to my family and worship on the weekends! (My family says I'm grumpy when I work too much. :) )
