A retro style helmet hat pattern with contrast crochet edging and attached cowl will keep your little one warm all winter.
I find this to be one of the few hat designs that baby will not be able to pull off, which makes life easier for mums and dads.

Also perfect for toddlers and older children, as it hat a built in cowl for easy winter dressing.

The pattern comes in five sizes:0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months,1-2 years, 3-7 years

Materials: 50,50,100,100,150 g of 8 ply wool yarn ( main colour) 25 g of 8 ply wool yarn in contrast colour

Tension/Gauge: 24 st and 32 rows make 10 cm or 4 inches square
