Gentle hand wash in cool water with a drop of mild soap. Do not bleach. Hang on a towel rack to dry. Iron the scarf while damp or still wet on the reverse side on silk settings. Hand painted silk scarves will be a bit wrinkly upon arrival after their long journey with the post. Sprinkle some water and iron the scarf to get the wrinkles out. Neckties sholud be spot cleaned only.

Each scarf in my collection is a true piece of wearable art. When painting it I used professional silk dyes and added some golden lines for extra shine. The colors of the silk scarf are fixed with steam under pressure which makes them permanent.
