Wreaths are measured from green tip to green tip. There may be some of the airy birch sticks which radiate from your wreath making it appear larger than measurements. These sticks can always be clipped and removed.

My wreaths are made to be hung inside and on outside doors. These wreaths, if hung outside, can withstand wind, and blowing rain. Depending upon the part of the country you live in, and how long the hot sun is on your door, some of the materials could fade. I do ALWAYS recommend that an overhang covers your wreath design. I would never hang any other these wreaths out in the elements.
