You will receive one free proof at the email listed in your order. You will be required to send approval of your proof before the stamp is made. Within 2 business days of proof approval, the stamp will be sent into production. **If you take longer to approve your proof then the overall wait time for your finished stamp may be longer. **If you do not require the proof, state 'No Proof Required' and your stamp will go directly into production.

**WE RECOMMEND USING 'Ranger Archival Ink' Pads with your new stamp. Some crafting style inks are often too thick and run or blend letters/numbers together when used with some of the fine print on our stamps. We have many colors in stock and if you are looking for a different color let us know and we can see if there is anything available at that time.

Every Order is packed ready to gift. There are no packing slips or information about the pricing placed in the shipping box. Stamps:
Clean your stamp with the stamp cleaner to get old or stubborn ink off. then wipe with damp paper towel. If needed, an old toothbrush will get all those pretty details clean.

No cleaner? Easy, you can still clean wet ink off with a damp paper towel.

Its best to use cleaner between different color inks.

Tumblers:
All Swig tumblers can be placed in the dishwasher. The top sliding piece of the lid does pop off for cleaning. Place the top on the corner, slid in open position, and using a thin utensil, push down on the slider. I will make a loud pop. Once clean pop it back into place.

Does your image need some changes in order to become a stamp? I am happy to help with changes, I charge an additional design fee of $20.

Yes. If you have an image, or you are making changes to a design I already have then it is not longer an address stamp but now a custom stamp. Custom Stamp prices apply.

I have certainly made edits to allow a companies information to work in the design of an existing address stamp design, but new designs for you it turns into custom.

I love my stamp!! Turnaround time was very reasonable even though I was expecting things to take longer (understandably) from the holidays. My stamp makes excellent imprints with no extra effort and I'm very pleased with the design and size. I would order again!
