Beautifully distressed pine boards stained a weathered gray,no two pieces are the same. They may have knots or other markings. We feel it's imperfections add to the charm.
The headboards are stained and sealed with polyurethane.

Usual size is 55” tall with the legs. They are made to be attached to a standard metal bed frame. Easy assembly is needed to attach the legs to the headboard and the top molding board. Recommend a power drill.

Billie and Trina were so responsive from the moment I inquired about the headboard through the process of finishing the headboard to make sure it was the color I wanted. They had sent me pictures of the progress and happily added another coat to the finish upon my request. When it arrived (which didn't take as long as I thought!), it was easy to set up and it looks great! I love having a piece that is real wood (not composite with laminate) and not factory made.

Headboard looks great. I was a little worried about it since I was using it with an adjustable base bed frame but we made it work. We just glued some styrofoam to back of it and works fine. It really helped pull my bedroom together! Would recommend!
