Well, I live in Canada's Northwest Coast, and on a good day, many people travelling, or simply observing from shore, a BC Ferries boat, or smaller private craft ; will be lucky enough to see the surviving family members of once dynamic, top-of-the-food-chain local Orcas pods pursuing their ever-scarcer food sources in and out of our harbours and open waters . Like the Paleolithic cave Artists of long-ago-Europe; I may just be documenting the passing of an earthly species ; but I am still working, and hoping, for their survival. And, OURS! You can help. Join any group actively working towards the survival of the absoloutely iconic cetaceans of our oceans; the Orcas!
