Most of our products are custom made when you place your order. Please allow time for us to get your product made! We work very quickly! It would be safe to assume that your order would ship within 3 business days from the date of order- however, please refer to the time that your order is set to ship, based on the time of year and the amount of orders that we have – production time may need to be extended.

If you are in the United States, please allow up to two weeks to receive your order, after you checkout.

If you are located internationally, please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your order.

As crazy as it may sound, more often than not in this situation the package will end up showing up within a few days. Either it was delivered to a neighbor or still with your mail carrier. So please be patient for a few days.

Calling your local post office (not the 800 number, but your town’s post office) seems to help in these situations.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace any orders that have been marked as ‘delivered.’

Yes, we are happy to make custom ornaments - pictures or logos (with appropriate authorization). We like to see the images before accepting the order to be sure that the quality is something that we can process - you can share that in the messages.

We do this process from January 1st until October 1st. On October 1st, we will stop taking requests for these orders.
