Recovery can be difficult and sometimes we need to keep reminders around that help keep us strong. I created this print with the hope that someone might find it useful in their recovery journey with anorexia, bulimia, or another eating disorder.

I don't think anyone should feel ashamed of their journey or of finding ways that help them recover... like keeping this reminder handy.
