I try my best to work quickly and ship your items before the deadline but during busy seasons it may take the full allotment.
Shipping times are additional, they are not included in my production times. For first class mail it can take up to 5 business days for shipping. Priority mail takes 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that I do not hand deliver each order. I have to put my trust in the USPS.
International shipping times vary and cannot be guaranteed.

If you need your item in a hurry, faster then the turnaround time listed, you can choose the RUSH +priority shipping option at checkout. By selecting this option, you get bumped to the front of my production line and your order will ship out in 24-48 hours, usually 24 hours (weekends and holidays NOT included)
Why must I charge you extra for this? Because in order to fulfill your rush request, I need to stop what I am currently working on and complete yours.
This option includes priority mail service and usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery, not including my processing time. Please message me if you have questions. I am very responsive during extended workday hours.

If you just want a faster speed of delivery, but my same production time (see original question how long until I receive my order), you can upgrade your shipping to Priority Only. This option is insured and you will normally receive your package within 1-3 business days from the date that I ship it. This is a good option during busy holidays because it could speed up the actual delivery by a few days. It is also insured.

Hand stamping is a unique process and uniformity is not always possible. I use a hammer to stamp each letter, number or design one at a time so spacing, depth and alignment may not be exactly the same but that is what makes hand stamped items so special and personal! Part of the beauty of hand stamped jewelry lies in its imperfections and it's handcrafted look. You can tell if jewelry is an authentic hand stamped piece because every stamp is unique. If you are looking for perfection, hand stamping may not be right for you. You may want to explore engraved options instead.

But, please note... I am not Barbara Eden and I cannot cross my arms, blink my eyes and magically deliver your package. First I have to make your item...and this takes time. Each order is handcrafted one at a time, in the order it was received, by me. I then rely on the USPS to do their job and deliver your package in a timely fashion. I cannot control the speed in which it is delivered (I WISH I COULD!!!)
So please plan accordingly and choose the correct shipping option for your needs. If you have questions, message me!

If your package shows delivered and you don't have it, reach out to me. I work closely with my Postmaster and I can reach out to them for more information. Each package is delivered with tracking and scanned at the delivery location. This means that my Postmaster can pull up the exact GPS coordinates to see where your package was scanned. In all of my years selling on Etsy, all of my packages that were "missing", were found. I am diligent in helping you track your package, you just need to have some patience while I help you. Please note, that if this happens, this is a USPS issue, not an It's All About You Amy issue. But, I know how it feels to wait on a package so I go the extra mile in assisting you.

You can usually find this information in the "Item Details" section of the listing. You will need to click on "Learn more about this item". I will state how many characters (including numbers, letters, spaces and punctuation) will fit on the particular item. If you submit an order and your request has more than what I stated will fit, I will email you and you will have to change it or cancel your order. If you do not respond to my request in a timely manner, your order will be subject to cancellation. If you have any questions, email me- I am very responsive and unless I am asleep or driving, I usually respond within minutes.
