We accept returns for exchange only. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase delivery date. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase arrived, we cannot offer you an exchange. Listed items are not eligible for exchange: Custom Orders, Slip, Under Garments, Items on sale, Rush Order Fee, Shipping fees, Hats.

You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice within 7 days of receiving the item.

J&L Designs Boutique does not provide a refund on any Products sold. Customers will receive and exchange or store credit for the entire paid amount of the returned item if they meet the terms and conditions set above.
The customer will have to accept all the charges for the return. The returned item will be accepted if it reaches us in the same condition as was received by the customer. New condition fee from odor, hair, makeup, stains and dirt.
There is no expiry date for the store credit, and it can be used at any time in the future.
