The owner was amazing! She worked with me so great! I needed the item very fast and she communicated and shipped so quickly. The actual embellishment is beautiful and the ribbon is prefect length. I did however only encounter 1 issue and it can be both good and bad. The actual embellishment was not glued on 100%. The left edge was falling a little bit, but that might have been because I made her rush. It also can be good because if needed, you can peel the embellishment off and use it either on another ribbon color or maybe on a headband or something of the sort. Overall, the seller was great, it might have been just a glitch with the peeling. I did just secure the peeling edge with a safety pin for the wedding and it was perfect! Thank you so much AbbyPlace!
