The seller shipped the wrong color item and initially refused to accept responsibility. I had to involve the etsy dispute resolution center in order to resolve the problem. I have never had such a terrible experience with any seller on any site. I will never purchase from again and would highly advise others to be careful.

This is not correct. The color was correct. In the same time the customer was refunded the whole price of the product plus the shipping price and she did not have to return the item.
