What is 14k Gold-Filled?

Gold-filled is the next best option to 14k solid gold. It is a less expensive option and it is hypoallergenic. Gold-filled is actual 14k gold heat-bonded with an inner core of brass as opposed to gold plated which is a thin layer of gold liquid solution electroplated over a base metal. Brass is used because it is hypoallergenic. All our clasps and ear wires will be marked 14/20 GF.

We do offer a few components in gold plating but in a higher quality long lasting micron option.

It is very pretty. 16inches is just below right at the base of ur throat. i do wish the gem was a little clearer but it’s still gorgeous. i will probably get another one that’s blue! the chains is gorgeous and sparkly and dainty and exactly what i was hoping for- it is delicate just be aware. would recommend would buy again.

ended up arriving a little late but that’s okay because it’s perfect! so pretty (the london blue topaz was an excellent choice) and the length is exactly what i wanted. definitely going to get a couple more in different colors!
