Please note that delivery times are only estimated at this time of year. Postal services are delayed due to COVID and the amount of parcels in the holidays period.

Delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail 1st Class which will take approx - 1 to 3 working days

International orders will be posted via Standard International Delivery which can take usually around 7 - 10 working days however some international orders are taking 10-14 days so a little longer than usual due to postal strikes, staff shortages and people being off sick, thanks to Covid. (final date for international christmas orders is the 1st of December, anytime after we cannot guarantee that they will arrive and will not be held liable for. Please remember Christmas eve, christmas day and boxing day will not be classed as working days for mail )

This is a estimated timescale and at, but not limited to, certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Halloween,New Year, busy sale periods ) delivery times may be extended beyond the normal estimates. In addition items can also, on occasions, be held up in transit hubs or at customs which may also add several additional days to the delivery timescale. Please note when working out when your parcel will arrive please add on an extra 1-3 days for the actual production of the items as they are all made by hand before being shipped. So from start to finish international orders can take around 3 weeks to get to you.
However we can send them tracked for an additional fee.

We are not held responsible for non delivery of goods if the wrong address is given. Items that are returned to us will only be shipped again once delivered back and extra shipping is paid by buyer. As goods are made to order we do not accept returns for al refund in this case.

If an item has not arrived within 4 weeks, I will count it as lost in the mail and give the buyer a total refund.

We will try and get your order to you by a certain date if needed but don't guarantee this with International order and we not be held responsible for late delivery.

Import taxes are frustrating, and while I would love to work at the custom office and wave all parcels through, unfortunately I can't.... the buyer is thus responsible for any import tax in accordance to the law of his/her country.
