Handcrafted, designed and engraved by myself this beautiful sterling silver pendant features your or your loved one's personal HANDWRITING or SIGNATURE.
The solid 925 sterling silver plate is engraved with up to four SHORT words in your or your loved ones original handwriting.

The backside can be engraved as well at an additional charge of USD 15.00.
There can be more text, name/s, date/s, coordinates or whatever you want me to engrave and what fits on the disc.
Simple symbols like hearts, stars or infinity symbols can also be engraved.
Of course, the engravings on back and front can be swapped as well.
Please note, that this will be done in a standard font.

The top disc is a detailed tree of life charm which is slightly larger than the second disc.
The size of the sterling silver pendant is 0,75" (1,9 cm).
The jump ring is welded for extra security.

Please send me an image or scan of the handwriting you want me to engrave after your purchase so that I can see if it works and your chosen words/signature are not too long.
This works best with a signature or handwriting which is in black on white.
The scan or image needs to be crisp and in focus. No lines or other background pattern please.

PLEASE NOTE, that wording may be scaled, shifted or adjusted to fit best on the piece.

However in new jewelry the engraving is bright (silver color).

In case a special sketch/mock up of your custom item is needed, a $25 non-refundable deposit that can be applied towards your order will be charged.
Unfortunately the design is a major part of the work and time consuming, eventually.

In new jewelry the engraving is silver colored or bright.
This looks noble, but it's not exactly obvious. It's silver color embedded in silver color after all.
The engraving will darken with time. It may take days or weeks and reach its final dark color on its own.
Then the engraving stands out and is more obvious.
However, if you prefer to get this more obvious look from the beginning, you may want to order the dark engraving.
Then I use techniques to make the engraving dark from the beginning.

Please keep in mind that metal, when it comes in contact with air or the oils of your skin, does tarnish or darken. Darkened metal is a natural process and it depends on each individual person how long it will take before your piece tarnishes.
It can be brought to shine again by polishing with a silver cleaning cloth. Cleaning cloths often are available in good groceries or a jewelry shop.
I recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed, taking a bath or shower or participating in physical activity.
Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine and salt water.

Wish I would have gone to a store to actually feel and touch 925 sterling silver. Very thin and flimsy feel to both the pendant and the chain. Do not feel it was worth the money spent. Engraving turned out well but isn't the gift I was hoping it would be.

Sometimes it's really hard to understand a customers thoughts.... If somebody really doesn't know how sterling silver "feels", how can he/she judge the quality of a disc and a chain? The blank sterling silver discs are made in the US eventually and the chains are from Italy, infamous for its high quality chains. Last but not least, the finished product that the customer received looks exactly like the one described and shown in the listing. It's the same components like sterling discs and sterling chain as was used in the photograph.

Got this as a gift for my sister with my mom’s handwriting who passed away almost a year ago. She absolutely loved it and said it was the best gift she has ever received. Beautiful design too that covers the pendant. Thank you!!
