Highlights
This wall light fixture is hand made of white stoneware.
I use a technique of "knitting" the clay which creates holes allowing the light to penetrate.
This creates beautiful patterns of shadows on the wall. I incorporate pieces of colored translucent porcelain which allows the light to shine through.
Lamp specification:
* The height of the cylinder is 9.5" (24 cm). The diameter is 41/4" (11cm).
* The electric power source comes separately and it holds 2 G9 light bulbs.
*The cylinder is placed on small arm connected to the power source which is attached to the wall.
* The lamp shade can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or a wet wipes.
* light bulbs are not included.

The light is handcrafted in black clay as requested. It casts a beautiful light pattern when lit but is best viewed straight on. European electrical needed modification to fit US wire housing. May need to add more colored coverings to block holes where bulbs be seen from the sides.
