All my sizes are in inches and the stated size is either the bracelet or necklace length. When selecting a bracelet , to give the best fit the size you select should be three quarters of an inch larger than your actual wrist measurement. For example a man with a 7.25'' wrist should order a standard 8'' bracelet.

I do not recommend swimming, showering, sleeping or bathing whilst wearing beaded jewellery or engaging in strenuous activity/sport. Bracelets should be rolled on and off the wrists.
