Will I have to pay customs or duties (US customers)?

No. All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means import duties and taxes are already prepaid by us to US Customs. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

What is your return policy for US orders?

All US orders are shipped DDP (duties prepaid by us). Import duties and taxes are paid to US Customs on the product value only (not on state sales tax). These duties are non-refundable if you return an item. For example: on a $100 product, duties are usually around $18–21 This amount will be deducted from your refund, along with any optional shipping upgrades (like DHL express). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For US customers: refunds are issued minus prepaid duties and any shipping upgrades (see our US return policy above)

Delivery was very fast. The cut very interesting and elegant, super. But I ordered the wrong size and colour. So I post it back and order new, necessarily!!! I´m avid!!! Thank you for change the S in M so uncomplikated and very fast. The colour off-white is very elegant and suits me much better. Also the size M fits very well.
