not shipped in on time

This item WAS shipped on time! It was purchase July 29th and was to be shipped by August 3rd due to a weekend in between USA business days. I shipped the item August 1st after a hospital stay due to a high water breaking at 26.6 weeks into my pregnancy on July 30th. Thankfully I was released by the end of the day. I kept in conversation with this customer the whole time letting her know the situation. I still worked hard to get it shipped out after Day 2 (July 31) and before Day 3 (August 3rd). Sadly this customer did not read the item details where I clearly state that shipping is normally about 8-12 business days from the time I ship the item. The 1st business day was August 4th due to August 3rd being a holiday in Canada. I can't do anything about holidays. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
