🟢 Pillow covers are made slightly smaller to ensure snug fit and make pillow look full when insert is in. There is about .75" tolerance. The advertised size is the size of the insert the cover can accommodate.

● I make every effort to ensure that the colors of each item are displayed accurately. However, the colors you see on your screen may be slightly different due to your monitor settings.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine washable in cold water with mild detergent. Do NOT bleach. Do NOT dry clean.

All items in our shop are unique creations. Because each item is made-to-order or custom-made to your size and fabric specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for slight color differences from your device screen to the final product, or for change of mind reasons.

▲ IF YOUR ITEM HAS A DEFECT:
• If item has a significant defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. It is important that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
• Please provide clear pictures of the defect and we will gladly send you a replacement.

▲ UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS are not accepted.

▲ UNCLAIMED PACKAGES / WRONG ADDRESS:
• We are not responsible for refused or unclaimed packages and for the packages marked "Undeliverable as Addressed" due to incorrect or incomplete address, provided by the Buyer.
It is a Buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address.

▲ SHIPPING:
All items are made/printed in and shipped from USA. Some imported materials can be used.
• Most products shipped by USPS within 4-10 business days after receiving a cleared payment. Items are shipped during the week Monday to Friday. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays.
