Chop, cut and slice all your favourite ingredients on one of my End Grain Chopping Boards.

Made entirely by hand using hand selected solid oak my boards are a beautiful natural piece of artwork. Purpose made to easily deal with the daily wear and tear of everyday cooking. End grain boards are prized for their self healing properties while being much kinder on the edges of your knives.


- Completely handmade using solid oak.

- 4 sizes of board available:

Mini - 9" x 6" x 1.5" 23 x 15 x 4 cms
Small - 12" x 8" x 1.5" 30 x 20 x 4 cms
Medium - 16" x 10" x 1.5" 40 x 25 x 4 cms
Large - 20" x 12" x 2" 50 x 30 x 5 cms

I also welcome any custom sizes you may require.

- 100% food safe finish applied.

- Two handles cut into the underside for easy handling.

- 4 rubber non slip feet attached to prevent movement.

- Sanded to a high quality, glass smooth finish.

--MAINTENANCE--

Like all end grain cutting boards my boards will require re-oiling with pure mineral oil a few times a year to keep the board in perfect condition. This only takes 2 minutes to apply.



--ADDITIONAL INFORMATION--

The end grain of timber is considered the hardest/toughest part making this style of chopping board extremely hard-wearing, as well as being more hygienic and kinder to the edge of your knives compared to other cutting boards. As the wood fibres in end grain boards are facing up they absorb the impact from the knife by allowing the blade to go between the wood fibres.
