Biodegradable:
This confetti is not designed to "dissolve." The biodegrading process is not instant. Environmental conditions impact the speed of this process. Warm, wet weather speeds up the time frame. Please consult your venue before using.

We did a test and found that after 30 min. of being in water, under normal conditions, the confetti starts to turn "pulpy" and break up with movement. What does that mean? It would be like putting little pieces of single ply tissue paper on the grass. Some would blow away, some would remain. If it rained or got wet, it would start to break down and turn pulpy. Completely degrading with time with no environmental impact.

Please Note: In order to help reduce shipping costs and package size, we ship the confetti slightly vacuum packed. When you are ready to use them, simply "fluff" the hearts in a large bowl or basket. This will allow air to get in between the hearts, dramatically increasing the volume the hearts take up.

These were perfect for our wedding. They float in the air beautifully and looked great in photos. Best thing about them is they are not stuck together, so we didn’t have to pull each one apart from the other.
