This is a beautiful fabric made of dense, slightly stiff mesh with embroidered roses in a bright, pale gold, ( meaning a clear gold not overly yellow). The fabric is a dense, but still medium weight, mesh and the flowers are sparkly and done in a rough to the touch gold threading. This is not a fabric you can wear directly against your skin due to it's slightly abrasive texture, but could absolutely be worn over another fabric, such as an underskirt of a tafetta. It is a stunning fabric which would be great for holiday decoration, lace crafts, or intergrated into fashion creations, including hats!
