5 out of 5 starsWhen I received the package for my camera strap, the package itself was in really rough shape & empty (the strap fell out somewhere along the line). The way the package was damaged, it was obvious that InTePro had sent the item in a timely manner in good faith. The problem was no fault whatsoever of InTePros! I wrote & explained the problem but there was no recourse as the outside packaging HAD been delivered. By their own volition, InTePro sent me another strap at NO cost to me. This is above and beyond and I cannot say enough good words about this artist (AND the strap was beautiful, well made, and very high quality). So 5 stars for product quality, aesthetics AND business practices!! Thank you!!

Beautiful strap. I love the design I bought the style #5. It's colorful and pretty. It was just longer than I thought it would be so I had to adjust the small black straps all the way so that my camera hung high enough that it was comfortable. It shipped faster than I thought it would though still not vey fast but that's fine considering it came from so far away. It looks well made and comfortable. I really like it
