Vintage Art Deco Gazelle Lamp: French Spelter Animal Light, Marble Base

This is a lovely example of a French Art Deco marble based table lamp.

The jumping gazelle is pure Art Deco, stylish and graceful.

In general good condition, with patina on the spelter metal gazelle. White glass globe light shade. Black marble base. ref MBL2

This lamp has been rewired, with new 3 core cable, around 3 feet/95 cm long. There is an earth tag on the brass light bulb. You just need to fit a plug and add a small bayonet light bulb.

Marble base 4.75"/12 cm wide, 9.5"/24 cm long, Gazelle 6" high, 15 cm.

There is a small chip on the marble base, at the back, otherwise in good vintage condition.
