📦 Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from my Florida studio. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and around your delivery area. You may also contact your local post office for additional details. Once marked delivered by the carrier, the package is considered delivered and is no longer under my responsibility. However, I truly care—please reach out and I will do my best to assist.

🌍 International Orders – Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or other customs fees set by your country. We are required to complete customs forms accurately and cannot mark packages as gifts or change declared values. Any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, we will refund the item cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and reshipping requires a new postage payment.

As a one-woman business, I truly appreciate your patience. I aim to respond to all messages as quickly as possible—typically within 24–48 hours. During busy periods or time away from the studio, responses may take a little longer. Thank you for your understanding and support!

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. While we generally do not accept returns, please reach out with any concerns. Non-returnable items include custom, cut, drilled, or fragile items. If your order arrives damaged or there was an error on our end, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🎨 Color & Natural Variation

I do my best to accurately photograph each item, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Natural materials such as Acai beads, leather, and bone may vary in tone, shape, and finish due to dye lots and their organic nature—this is part of their beauty.

🐚 Custom Work (Drilling & Modifications)

Some items, such as seashells, are drilled or customized to order. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. If you have a specific request for drilling placement or customization, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

📮 Incorrect Address & 📦 Lost / Damaged Packages

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
