How long will it take to receive my order?

Production times change all the time depending on how many orders I receive. Shipping times vary depending on holiday vs non holiday times. My shop announcement in my home page will always have my current estimates.

How do I personalize my item?

After you add the item to your cart a "message to seller" box will appear in the bottom part of the screen for you to put your info, ex: pet name, grandchildrens names, etc.

How do I choose the chain I want?

You will be able to select your chain choice when you are prompted through the ordering process. A picture of the chain options is in the listing pictures provided.

Why are there different prices for an item?

Everything you see in the listing picture is included in the base price. If you want to add more than one pet or persons name the price increases accordingly.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an etsy email to notify you that your order is complete and shipped. Tracking will also be provided at this time. I usually go to the post office several times a week except during the holiday season I will go daily.

**Hand stamping is an art and will not look like machine engraved pieces. Each letter is individually hand stamped by me so each piece is uniquely made for you. Slight variations in depth of strike and placement of letter is what makes the art of hand stamping so unique and beautiful. Production is currently 1-3 days, but can change weekly.
