2. Products

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Orders

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

6. Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of purchase.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Custom Orders
We accept custom orders. Please contact us with your request. Custom orders are non-refundable and require upfront payment.

Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees due to such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods!

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

Custom-made or personalized items
Items that have been used or damaged
Digital downloads or services that have been fully delivered
