Will my package be trackable ?

Tracking is not automatic. It is available as an upgrade for an additional 6.80 USD. The seller cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost orders if the buyer has not purchased the Tracking option.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I take great care with my packaging to make sure that your item arrives safely. Your illustrations will be packaged in a sealed cellophane envelope and sent in a carboard reinforced enveloppe. If you require one cellophane envelope per illustration, please inform me when placing the order and note that the shipping cost may increase due to the extra weight.

Which listings qualify for promos ?

What happens if my item couldn't be delivered and is returned to the seller ?

If postal services could not deliver your item for any reason, it will be returned to the seller. This can take several months, depending on how the package is processed by your local postal services. The seller will contact you upon reception. Your order can be shipped again with the correct address after payment of the required shipping costs. Shipping costs incurred by an incorrect address on the part of the buyer or a problem with postal services will not be refunded.
