Do you offer printing services?

I do not offer any printing services for my digital download and my printable listings. I only offer printing services for my physical prints.

When will my order arrive?

Instant Downloads: Available immediately after payment processing. Find instructions at this link: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 Customizable Printables: Your customized digital file will be designed and emailed to the email address associated with your Etsy account within 1-3 days. Customizable Prints and Apparels: Your customized order will be designed, printed and shipped within 5-8 days to the address associated with your Etsy account.

Do you offer refunds and/or exchanges?

Cancellation request is accepted within 1 hours after purchase. Personalized or custom artwork can not be refunded after I sent the proof. It’s not possible to cancel, return or exchange Digital downloads. Please contact me with any issues/questions.

How do I customize my order

Please give me the personal details in NOTE TO SELLER box at checkout (it's a small box but the details will fit.) Or you can also send them through Etsy message or email me at custombybernolli@yahoo.com (photos etc)

Where should I have my digital item printed?

You can print the digital design yourself or have your items printed through a print shop or photo lab. Photo labs (Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, etc) work great for these printable posters. Kinko's, Staples, Office Depot and FedEx are also great options. You can print my items just as you would any photograph. I would suggest a matte finish to reduce glare if used in photos. If your printer has certain specs, please get those at the time of your purchase.

How can I edit the text by 'instant download with editable pdf' orders?

You'll be able to personalize the text on file at home using the FREE program Adobe Reader. Make sure you download or upgrade to Adobe Reader version 5 or later. You can get that program here: http://adobe.com/go/reader You can not download, open, edit, or personalize your file(s) on any tablet device such as an iPad or iPhone. You also cannot open or edit it in any program other than Adobe Reader.

How to take the profile photos to get the best portrait silhouette result?

You can take the profile photos on a plain background to see the face details better. Make sure they're looking straight ahead. It is better to tie long hair. The more clear the photo, the more detail I'll be able to capture.

- Which size you want (in inch):

8x10, around 20 fingerprints
11x14, 20 - 40 fingerprints
16x20, 40 - 80 fingerprints

Once I have received your info a proof will be sent to you.

After your approval i will send your images as high resolution JPEG or PDF files to the email address provided in your Etsy account. Please let me know if you would like it sent to an alternate email address.

Please use a matte poster paper, a heavy card stock or canvas (a paper weight between 200 - 300 gr works best). A glossy or a semi-glossy paper smears the thumbprints and the signatures ink. Please have a try on a piece of paper before printing it.

Bear in mind that the color on your monitor may vary slightly to the color the file you receive.
