Your order will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment with the exception of custom orders. I will let you know through Etsy when your order has been shipped so you know its on its way.

Orders are sent to the buyers Etsy address unless otherwise specified, so please ensure it is up to date and correct. I cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses that are given and any items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect address will only be refunded at the time they are received minus shipping costs.

Shipping is from France and times vary. Please order early to avoid any delays.

Your order will be shipped via registered mail which has a tracking number and needs to be signed for on delivery. Delivery times vary:-

To Europe - 4 - 7 business days.
International - 10 - 25 business days. (Can take up to 45 days if a customs delay)
Express & Priority mail available - Please convo me for a quote with the address you would like it to be shipped to.

All items arrive in a gift box with a ribbon and in an envelope padded with bubble wrap for its safe delivery. I do not include invoices in any packages. Thanks ♥
