The Item is finely crafted and arrived in a nice gift box,it was well packaged for delivery.The delivery time was worrying ( postage service problems both here and abroad i believe)but customer service was excellent and willing to assist in any way possible.I would purchase from them again and order well in advance if the delivery date was critical.
