If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order, we do not go back and refund previous customers that 10% off amount.

How do I download my item?

1. Complete purchase 2. check your email for your receipt (may end up in spam) 3. click the option to download the pattern in the email or 2. visit your profile in Etsy (web version only, not on the app) 3. click on Purchases and Reviews 4. find your pattern purchase (should be at the top) and click Download Files

Can I sell an item I made from your pattern?

Yes! You are allowed to sell a finished item. When you sell, please link me as the designer with a link to the pattern. The pattern itself cannot be resold.

Custom and personalized orders

Most sublimation items can be personalized with names, initials, or a custom design — just let me know what you have in mind when you order or reach out beforehand if you're not sure it's possible.
