FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I order a size that is not listed?
Usually, yes: we sew every piece to order. Message us your measurements before ordering.

Will it shrink?
Natural linen shrinks about 3–5% in the first wash. We sew every piece with that allowance, so it is the right size after washing. Wash it before the first use.

When will it ship?
Every piece is sewn to order and usually ships within 2–7 days. The delivery date shown on this page already includes the sewing time.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders to the United States: no, we ship them with the duties already paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Orders to the EU: VAT is included in the price. Other countries: local import duties or taxes may apply.

Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted. The terms are in the shop's return policy on this page.

The shopowner refunded me right away the too-much paid shipping fee. The sheet has a pretty colour and feels very nice on the skin, I like the small massaging-effect linen has. The shipping was fast. Maybe a little tag or something would help to show what is which end - we shuffled around quite some time before we figured out how to fit it :D
