Most copper and brass purchases come with a complementary pro polish pad. When your item needs cleaning simply dry rub your purchase with the pad. Do not get the pad wet. Both sides of the pad can be used to clean your item. It can be used on silver, copper, aluminum, and brass. The pad can also be used on your silver plated items, but be careful not to rub too hard or it will take the silver finish off. Do not use on gold colored bangles. If you have purchased jewelry or Christmas ornaments keep your item in the plastic bag given when not being worn or used. This will help to keep your item looking shinier longer. For longer wear do not wear your jewelry while bathing or washing your hands.

Custom and personalized orders

Any item in my shop can be customized. I generally get back to customers within hours to answer questions, sooner if I am working!

Wholesale availability

I do not sell my items at wholesale. It takes as much time to complete one custom item as 1 in a 20 item order. The price of each item is based on supply costs and amount of time required to make them. Please do not ask,I will no longer answer this question.

If you decide not to keep your item, return shipping is the customers responsibility. Etsy sellers are not given free shipping. These fees come out of pocket. Please keep in mind, personalized items are non-refundable. (See company policies). However, if there is an error with your order, return shipping is the shop owners responsibility.

-about aluminum stamping plates.Aluminum is used by many artists because it is a soft metal,doesn't tarnish, and a more affordable alternative to using sterling silver. If it's cheaper for me to buy its cheaper for you to purchase! As with any metal, it will scratch over time. a note about brass and copper-I work with organic metals. Brass and copper are metals that will oxidize over time. Meaning the color darkens. From time to time you will need to polish your purchase, which is why I include a complimentary micro-fiber polishing pad. It's very easy to use and will brighten to original shine easily. Both sides of the pad can be used. Do not get the pad wet. If you purchase jewelry or Christmas ornaments keep these in the bag provided

Personalized Bridle Tag or Keychain!

Bridle heart tag is made from copper and 30mm long and 17 gauges thick. It comes with the option for a shiny finish, hammered around the edges or all hammered. Comes with one glass bead and one charm of your choice.

Choose your glass bead by number. Beads in fourth picture are representation for color only. They come as shown in first picture with one bead.

Comes standard with a split ring. Lobster clasp upon request.

At time of purchase, in note section, state your choices. Bead color by number, design stamp by number, and charm by number. If no choices are made you will receive one exactly like the first picture with your horses name on it.
If you are not sure your horses name will fit please contact me prior to ordering. Delaney font now has lowercase. Name comes with heart stamped at the end unless otherwise stated or if it will not fit.

*please note- brass and copper items will oxidize over time, meaning they will darken. You will need to polish your item from time to time if you want the color to stay in its original appearance. I provide one complimentary pro-polish pad with each copper and brass purchase. Most stampers use a sharpie pen to darken their items, we do not. We use an ink paste which is longer lasting. However, chemicals or saliva may remove ink overtime. Its best not to bathe or let your pet swim with their tags on.
