"Shut the Box" is a great game that kids and adults can play together. Players roll dice and try to close down as many of the number tabs as possible. The lowest score wins. If a player closes down all 9 numbers, they have "shut the box." Pretty hard to get a lower score than zero. But if another player also closes the box, then another round would have to be played until someone gets a lower score than everyone else.

Printed game instructions, rules, and dice included with purchase. The box size is 11 inches by 10 inches and constructed of 3/4 inch thick wood. Boxes come with a clear gloss finish. The bottom of the box has a felt lining. You can pick what color you want installed. Each game is $32.50. Shipping costs will be added to your purchase and will be affected by the distance it needs to go.

Pretty light weight, a little smaller than I was picturing. That on me though. I should have asked the dimensions. The rolling area would work better for me if it was 6” larger. If you want a nice travel game this is a nice choice. If you are looking to use this for a bigger group … it’s a little small.
