Worry Beads designed with Olive New Jade semiprecious stone beads, "Grass Meadow" artisan glass lampwork beads with shades of swirled green and brown over ivory base, and pewter labyrinth; then created by me. A spiritual tool intended for stress relief, meditation, centering, mindfulness, and prayer. Use daily, use for special occasions such as: gratitude, comfort, calming, relaxation, stress relief. This tool in many different forms has been used for centuries for the purpose of relief, prayer, meditation, and centering. The Quarterly beads can signify directions (N,S,E,W), elements (earth, water, wind & fire), and 4 seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter).

These worry beads are made by me with heart and spirit. Worry / prayer beads appeal to me because they are earthy, sensory, helpful in times of both joy and distress; for stress relief, meditation, worship, centering, and mindfulness. I make each individually with prayerful joy, and delight in the materials I use which are from the earth. My hope is that these will provide comfort and spiritual growth to you both in times of joy and difficulty, for special occasions and/or daily prayer, as worry beads. I carry my 8 mm worry beads in my purse, and 6 mm pocket prayer beads in my pocket.

My worry beads are unique in that I use handmade artisan glass lampwork beads as my quarterly beads, usually obtained through Etsy lampwork artists.

You will receive the actual worry beads you see in these photos. Your worry beads will come in an organza bag. As a hopefully useful tool, a sheet with an introduction and example of how to pray the Anglican prayer beads is included.
