Customer service off the charts. They were extremely helpful due to me determining color needed for our wedding. Shipping was super fast, but I am also located in the same state. Quality is good. If you’re expecting thick leather, this isn’t it I don’t think. I could be wrong about durability of the leather, but just my opinion. However, more than likely for pretty much use of our wedding day only, they are perfect. Due to price, you can’t beat this deal. I highly recommend.
