LOST ORDER:
No REFUNDS are issued on lost, or not received packages because of incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in delivery of the packages.
We can resend package to the new address , but buyer have to pay shipping charges.
Shipping fees will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fee .
I can’t replace lost, stolen, and undelivered packages .
When it leaves my home and off to the USPS it is out of my hands.
