My package didn't arrive yet, how do I find it?

A tracking number is provided with ALL packages that I send. Please refer to that. If the Post Office indicates your item was delivered, but you don't have it, please check with your neighbors, building manager, front desk, package receptacle, customs/duty office, etc. It is not my responsibility to track down your lost package if you didn't provide a secure location for it to be delivered to. Also, please make sure to provide the correct address to Etsy at check out. And for international orders, once your package leaves the US you have to track it from your end. I am not familiar with the postal service/customs in your country.

My package arrived damaged in the mail. Now what?

Please contact me for further instructions. I will need a photo of the damage in order for me to be able to file a claim with the Post Office. I will work with you to resolve the situation in the best way possible.

Help! I need it now! Can you do a last minute rush order?

Maybe. I usually have other orders pending, and it isn't always fair to prioritize yours ahead of theirs. But I understand sometimes things happen, and I am typically pretty accommodating when I can be. It depends on when you need it by, where you live, what the item is, etc. Just convo me to ask if it will be possible. I charge a rush order fee depending on the deadline and complexity of your request.

This is made from vintage hymnals sheet music and quality cardstock roses. I used some green leaves to add an extra pop of color in this one. It is about 9" in diameter and has a dozen roses in it. The hymnal roses are about 3 1/2-4" in diameter, the red ones are about 2 1/2"-3" in diameter. I arrange them in a random fashion, so yours will look similar but not exactly like this picture, since each one is individually crafted. I have a couple like this one ready to ship! I love how this combination turned out :) But if you want different colored roses, I have over 64 shades of cardstock to choose from! I can make one like this using book pages rather than the music pages if you prefer, convo me about getting a custom bouquet!
This would make a great centerpiece, or as an alternative bridal bouquet, bridesmaid, toss, rehearsal or table decoration or for holidays, get well bouquets or retirements.
