Quality was great. Only constructive criticism is maybe offering location for embroidery (high, mid, low). The name strip is high on the cap (requested center of cap for location) and it interferes with headlamp when worn. If was on the sweat band level (low), would be perfect. However, that is not a deal breaker. Very high quality item and still impressed!
