A few important notes you should keep in mind:
- the jewelry is not waterproof, so i strongly recommend avoiding contact with water.
- the colors may slightly differ from the ones in the pictures depending on the monitor performance and settings.

Exchange and refunds are available if items are damaged upon receipt. If the item is damaged please send me a photo immediately after you receive the package. In this case i can give you a refund or send you new item for free.

If you are not satisfied with your item and you want to return it, i will give you a refund or exchange when i receive back the returned item or proof for sending the item including a tracking number, my name and personal address. A photo of the package shipped back to me will be best! You can initiate a return no more than 21 days after you receive the item and it has to be with its original box, undamaged.

Unfortunately Custom orders and stud earrings (unless the earrings arrive damaged) are non-refundable. Dangle earrings with exchangeable hooks can be returned with -10% restocking fee. With this policy i want to make sure my customers feel secure that their purchase is brand new and unworn.

If an order is delayed I can give you a refund only after the order is proven to be lost by the post services. I can file complaints 30 days after shipment. Then the post services open a case and look for the package.

If an order is returned back to me as unclaimed i will contact you with a message here on Etsy. If you do not respond the next 7 days, i will cancel the order and i will give you a refund (without shipping cost). If you want me to send you the unclaimed order again, you will have to pay another shipping cost via Paypal.

When i give you a refund for any of the reasons above (unless the items arrived damaged), you will receive only the price of the jewelry itself, without its shipping cost. Unfortunately i can not refund the original shipping price after the package was shipped. Return shipping is covered by the buyer.

All packages are shipped as registered mail and handled by Bulgarian Post or PostOne - an alternate company, cooperating with Swiss Post and Deutsche Post. If an express shipping is required, then packages will be handled and delivered within 2-3 business days with a courier.
